Your favourite non-annoying Australian has one guy in particular to thank for torturing him into shape, and that guy is “world’s best trainer” and “flat out legend” Luke Zocchi. The trainer worked with both Hemsworth and Cate Blanchett on Thor: Ragnarok in Australia recently. And the results? They speak for themselves.

Please pay close attention to Hemsworth’s 10/10 impression of a lion, crawling and growling at various points, as he embodies his superhero character’s pure fantastical masculinity

After working with Chris Hemsworth for years, Zocchi has even developed a rather intense-looking fitness program, for non-celebrities.

Meaning if you like the pain and suffering Hemsworth exhibits in this gruelling montage, you can pay someone to hurt you, too! Just close your eyes and think of those gains.

We’ll be over here, you know, not doing that.
