Eighteen years ago, at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan, US figure skater Tara Lipinski captured a gold medal in the ladies’ singles competition and, with it, the hearts of fans all over the world.

At the time of her Olympic victory, Lipinski was just 15 years old.

Now, Lipinski is back at the Olympics once again, this time as acommentator for NBC.

The 34-year-old is currently attending her second Olympic games as a commentator and analyst, first debuting in 2014 at the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.

In 1998, this Philadelphia native was a skinny, little girl who skated flawlessly and edged the competition. Since then, she’s grown into a standout television personality and a gorgeous social media star.

Tara Lipinski first caught our attention in 1998, and here’s a closer look at how she’s doing it all over again in 2016.

Tara Lipinski isn’t competing in figure skating at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio, but she is finding a way to steal the show.

In 1998, Lipinski came out of the blue to stun the competition and skate her way to the gold at the Olympics in Nagano, Japan.

Now, she’s made the seamless transition from the ice rink to the commentator booth.

Alongside her broadcast partner, figure skater Johnny Weir, Lipinski is once again finding a way to slay the competition.

Not only is the Philly native smart, accurate and witty with her on-air reporting…

…she’s also a gold medalist on Instagram.

Like, I dare anyone to take one look at Tara Lipinski and not give her a perfect 10.

Even the East German judge agrees, right?

The hallmark of a champion figure skater is pulling off the most difficult moves and making them look effortless.

Lipinski did that in 1998 to capture gold, and she’s doing it once again to give viewers a proper understanding of the sport.

Tara Lipinski may no longer be a competitive Olympic skater, but she definitely hasn’t lost a step.
