When Indira LeVine started working at Fox 5 news, she was 336 pounds.

But, when her mother was dying, she had one big request. She said to Indira, “Baby, don’t be fat – do what you have to do to lose this weight.”

That moment sparked a lifestyle change in Indira forever.

She started eating right, working out every day, and staying motivated mentally and physically for her healthy life.

When you see her before photo, you’ll realize that she was overweight, but could you picture her after losing 139 pounds?

That’s right, Indira is now down to 197 pounds and looking amazing!

She transformed herself with her mother in mind, and today, she can walk around proud and be a complete inspiration for so many women out there.

It’s never too late to change your life, and she’s living proof. But, one of the biggest surprises that Indira mentions, ishowshe lost the weight.

She admits she’s only been on a treadmill 5 or 6 times since her fitness journey began, and informs everyone how common the misconception is that you need to do hours of cardio to lose weight. What helped her most was lifting weights, because building muscle burns fat!

Indira’s story is one that any woman can relate to, changing her life wasn’t easy, but it was worth it.
