Chloe Lukasiak is not your average 15-year-old.

The Dance Moms alum has made a name for herself on and off stage, and her confident and mature attitude is proof.

Elite Daily had the chance to speak with Chloe about her current projects, workout routines and things her fans can look forward to.

If you’re not a fan of Dance Moms or haven’t seen much of Chloe’s work, let me fill you in. The 15-year-old dancer and actress has been dancing since she was 3years old. In 2011, Lifetime launched the show Dance Moms, which featured Chloe as a member of the Abby Lee Miller Dance Company’s Elite Competition Team.

Chloe left the show in 2014and has since gone on to even bigger performance endeavors. She may not compete anymore, but she’s balancing acting in twomovies, Center Stage: On Pointe and “Cowgirl’s Story,” with teaching and taking dance classes.

While it may not be attainable for all of us to achieve a teenage dancer’s figure, we got some insight on Chloe’s daily workout routines.

Hey, if it works for her who’s to say it won’t work for your Millennial bod?

We asked Chloe what she does outside of dance to stay fit and active.

She said,

When I’m not dancing, I do boxing and yoga, as well. So I’ll split my time and I’ll go to boxing and then afterwards I’ll do yoga or vice versa.

Chloe knows what she’s doing, and she’s not alone in the boxing ring. According to Shape magazine, Victoria’s Secret models Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes also get their punch on.

Boxing is a total-body workout that burns calories, flattens your stomach, builds grace, releases stress and does wonders for your upper body.

And pairing it with yoga? It’s a match made in fitness heaven.

Yoga is great for building and maintaining flexibility, as well as the ultimate stress-buster.

Like I said, Chloe is not your average teenager. She has extreme discipline and a regimented lifestyle that’s clearly paid off. Chloe recently paired up with Playtex Sport to show the world the importance of feeling confident and comfortable while staying active.

According to a study conducted by Playtex, “89 percent of young women have a ‘prep’ routine before playing a sport or exercising. Out of those women, 69 percent of women prepare by performing a stretch or warm-up routine.”

Clearly, Chloe knows a thing or two about stretching, so she perfectly fitsinto the mantra of the company. Stretching is important for anyone, of any age. It releases pent-up tension, gets your blood flowing and increases flexibility.

Success requires preparation, and Chloe embodies this. So this summer, throw on a pair of boxing gloves, embrace your inner yogi and make sure to check out Chloe in Lifetime’s “Center Stage: On Pointe” on June 25!
