Mom Records Morning Routine With Her Workout Partner: Her 2-Year-Old Daughter

A muscular mom is crediting her workout partner for her awesome weight loss.

It just so happens, though, that this workout partner is also her 2-year-old daughter!

Danielle Jones, 32, from Atlanta, Georgia, gained 54 pounds when she was pregnant with her daughter, Honor.

Once the little girl was born in September 2014, the momdecided to shed the baby weight as quickly as she could. Though she’s a personal trainer, Danielle knew she still had to have her baby with her at all times.

So she split her workouts between home and the gym, where she would bring little Honor along in her car seat.

It was after a few workouts that she realized something.

At first she’d barely move, but then I noticed her crawling and she started to copy me,” Daniellesaid. “She was trying to mimic me doing push-ups and leg lifts. I noticed she was trying to push her body up. Now it’s playtime for her. She doesn’t realize she’s working out.”

The older Honor got, the more her mom noticed the toddler wanting to join in on her workouts. The more they trained together, the more weight Danielle lost.

Since her new workout regimen was implemented, Daniellehas gone from a size 10 to a size four.
